Rajesh Pratap Singh Stuns at FDCI Men’s Fashion Weekend 2025 Grand Finale

In a breathtaking culmination of the FDCI India Men’s Fashion Weekend 2025, ace designer Rajesh Pratap Singh took center stage at the historic Diggi Palace, Jaipur, delivering a grand finale that seamlessly wove together heritage and contemporary aesthetics. The two-day fashion celebration, held on February 15-16, showcased India’s growing menswear industry, featuring some of the most talented designers in the country.

A Collection Rooted in Tradition Yet Strikingly Modern

Singh’s collection was a masterclass in craftsmanship, drawing inspiration from the rich cultural tapestry of Rajasthan. Fashion critics hailed his work as a symphony of textures and silhouettes, with a striking balance of structured tailoring and fluid drapery. His signature monochromes and metallic tones were punctuated with earthy hues and jewel tones, evoking the colors of the Thar Desert at dusk.

Fabric choices ranged from handwoven silks and fine cottons to structured wool blends, emphasizing sustainable luxury. Embellishments remained understated, allowing the intricacy of weaves, pleats, and layering to take center stage. Traditional bandhgalas, sharply cut jackets, and contemporary sherwanis were reinvented with Singh’s characteristic modern minimalism.
